What medications help PDAers & what if taking meds is outside the person's safe circle?
For PDAers to be able to meet our needs and thrive, we need to feel SAFE in bodies that are wired with a hyperactive threat response. So it's great if we can find a drug or combination of drugs that lower our inner experience of threat response – which is a felt sense of anxiety in the body.
